Swim Coach

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of swimming techniques and demonstrate a strong commitment to being a positive role model. They will work to foster a supportive community where swimmers of all ages and skill levels can thrive. The coach will be dedicated to cultivating an environment that embodies motivation, dedication, discipline, perseverance, creativity, kindness, leadership, and strength of character.

Responsibilities:

Conduct swim practices and programs, focusing on technique, endurance, and overall fitness.
Monitor swimmer progress and provide feedback and encouragement.
Foster a positive, supportive, and team-oriented atmosphere.
Ensure swimmer safety during practices and events.
Plan and execute events and community builders.
Assist in the development of new curriculum and programs.
Assist with business development.
Assist in the development of new tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

Must possess the qualities of the environment we are trying to foster.
Strong knowledge of swim techniques.
Excellent communication, motivational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
Must be an excellent role model.
Ability to energize a group of people and create an experience.
Willing to learn and grow.

Bonus Qualifications:

Swim coaching or instruction certification.
Experience swimming in competitive swimming.
Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Training (or willingness to obtain).
Experience running experience based athletic classes.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Web Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer with hands-on experience in Bootstrap to help bring our web vision to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, and the technical skills to create compelling graphics and implement responsive, polished, and user-friendly web pages.

Responsibilities:

Implement responsive web pages.
Translate ideas and concepts into clean, modern, and engaging designs.
Assist in developing brand standards and build reusable web assets and components.
Ensure consistency in visual style, layout, and overall user experience across all pages.
Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
Optimize designs for SEO.
Assist the development of web apps.
Assist in the development of new tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

Experience developing in Bootstrap.
Experience working with SVG's.
Excels at creative problem solving.
Excellent communication.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience using Vue.js web framework.
Experience with role based access control.
Experience with REST API's.
Experience with SQL.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
